Auditions will be by appointment and parents interested in having their child tryout will need to first email photos along with contact information to the casting team. A Wrinkle In Time” stars Oprah Winfrey and Reese Witherspoon. The script for the Disney movie is being penned by Frozen screenwriter Jennifer Lee and being directed by “Selma” director Ava DuVernay. The movie is described as a science fiction fantasy and is based on Madeleine L’Engle’s novel, “A Wrinkle in Time.”
The book was originally published in 1963 and the first in a series about a young girl whose scientist father goes missing while working on a secret project. She is a troubled 13 year old struggling to find her way in middle school. It is a tale of struggle, love, and adventure. Viewers are excited for this upcoming film with tremendous actors and directors.
When you arrive at the audition location, it is likely that other actors and models will be there are as well. Try to stay focused on yourself and don’t worry about others or compare yourself to them. You can only control how well you personally do, so don’t focus on anyone but yourself. When you enter the audition, be courteous, friendly, and confident. Make eye contact with the people you are auditioning for and be yourself.
